Is the Access to Higher Education Diploma accepted by universities | Academy Online Learning

Is the Access to Higher Education Diploma a recognised qualification?

Yes, all of our Access to Higher Education courses are fully accredited by Certa (the trading name of Open College Network Yorkshire and Humber Region).

While some qualifications, such as GCSEs and A Levels are regulated by Ofqual, all Access to Higher Education Diplomas are regulated by the same agency as university degree courses, the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA). The QAA license Access Validating Agencies (AVAs) like Certa Access to develop Access to Higher Education Courses and monitor providers like Academy Online Learning to ensure high quality provision and a robust diploma trusted by universities.
