Once you have successfully completed your Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma and your work has been externally moderated and approved by the Final Awards Board, your certificate will be issued.

Typically, you will receive your official certificate within 4 weeks of the Final Awards Board meeting.

The awarding organisation, Skills and Education Group Access, is responsible for confirming your achievement and producing your certificate. The certificate formally recognises the credits and grades you have achieved and is your proof of qualification for university admissions and employment purposes.

Academy Online Learning will keep you informed throughout the moderation and certification process. Once your certificate has been received from the awarding body, it will be posted to your registered address.

It is important to ensure that your personal details, including your full name and postal address, are up-to-date before the Final Awards Board to avoid any delays in receiving your certificate.
