We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes students may need to reconsider their study plans. However, it is important to understand the terms of your payment agreement before enrolling on your Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma course with Academy Online Learning.

The monthly payment option we offer is designed to make studying more financially manageable for learners. It allows you to spread the cost of the course over several months. However, these are not monthly payments for the months you study — they are instalments towards the total course fee.

By enrolling and choosing the monthly payment option, you are agreeing to pay the full course fee in full, spread over the agreed number of instalments. If you decide to stop studying partway through the course, you will still be responsible for paying the remaining balance under the terms of your agreement.
